Djokovic sweeps Raonic

Novak Djokovic crushed in Sunday's final at Indian Wells Masters 1000 first season, the Canadian Milos Raonic 6-2, 6-0 in one hour and 18 minutes, so that it becomes the first player with five titles in the Californian desert.

Djokovic proved once again that he is the king of kings of the current court and added a new crown, the third consecutive in Indian Wells after those obtained in 2008, 2011, 2014 and 2015. It is also his title 27 in a Masters 1000, with which equals the mark of Spanish Rafael Nadal.

The Serbian dominated previous clashes with Raonic 6-0, 15-1 sets. This was the second final in which the faces looked after Paris-Bercy 2014 of which ended 6-2, 6-3 to Serbian.

The world number one, bordering on perfection in his game, shattered the plan of his rival from the start. Raonic was overwhelmed, surprised at such a gale, almost useless without his serve and would make the expected limited damage after the rest of his rival.

Meanwhile, Belgrade smiled. The strategy suggested in the previous day -neutralizar his serve and put the greatest number of remains at stake had left him perfectly and 4-0 set.
