Bayern Munich continues unabated in the Bundesliga despite the defeat last weekend against Borussia Monchengladbach. That was just a temporary setback that has already been fixed in this weekend back to win 2-0 at the Allianz Arena in Ingolstadt.
It was a mirage that only a few days since, with the victory today, of Pep Guardiola have set a new record. They have become the first team in Bundesliga history to be crowned winter champions five times consecutively. No one had done until this generation appeared so successful.

It all started in 2011/2012, when they began their hegemony, but only in winter. That year the Borussia Dortmund won the league title but it was not winter champions the group led at the time by Jürgen Klopp .
Since this campaign, they have managed clinching the top spot in the winter closure but, as reflected, this is not always synonymous with winning the Bundesliga season finale.
