Athletes enter with action by wage arrears, and Lusa can stop at A3

The State of Sports Justice Tribunal (TJD-SP) reported on Monday a complaint of Professional Athletes Union (Sapesp) regarding the delay of salaries of Portuguese players group. In severe political and financial crisis, the traditional club of São Paulo may suffer a new downgrade.

The extracampo has been an obstacle to sports performance Lusa. Since relegation in the Brasileirão after STJD decision in 2013, the team faces an astral hell and has accumulated downgrades. This time may again appear on the A3 in 2017 if really punished.

After finishing the A2 this season with only two points more than the Paulista last team relegated to Third Division state, Lusa can take the place of Jundiaí team if TJD-SP proceed with the action.

According to the regulations of the State, the punishment for mismanagement with respect to the salaries of athletes entails the loss of three points, which would put the Portuguese with only 21 added - the sixth worst performance of the competition.

After mediocre campaign in the state, Lusa focuses to plan the campaign in the Brasileirão C Series. If you can pay off wage debts three months with the players, the punishment, which was never judged by the jury to date, shall expire.

Lusa play locked gates in the Brazil Cup - Because of a punishment imposed by STJD because of confusion surrounding the red-green fans in the game that decreed the team stay in the C Series, in 2015, the match against Parnahyba , the Brazil Cup, will be held behind closed doors.

The game will take place at Caninde stadium, at 21.30 (GMT) on 26 April.
