The mother-in-law of Formula 1 boss Bernie Ecclestone was released Sunday night after spending nine days in Sao Paulo kidnapped, police sources confirmed today.
Brazil Aparecida Schunck Flosi Palmeira, 67 and mother of Fabiana Flosi, Ecclestone current wife was uninjured, according to a statement from the Ministry of Public Security of Sao Paulo.
According to the authorities, two men were arrested for their alleged involvement in the kidnapping, which took place at the residence of Schunck, in the south of Sao Paulo, although police are looking for the alleged ringleaders of the action.
"There are others involved," noted the delegate of the police Elizabete Ferreira Sato.
After being located, Ecclestone's wife's mother was taken Sunday night to a police station to testify and left her with her daughter Fabiana Flosi.
The daily Folha de Sao Paulo today released pictures of the house where he was allegedly held his wife's mother Ecclestone, located in a poor neighborhood in the city of Cotia, in the metropolitan region of Sao Paulo.

Ecclestone's wife's mother was kidnapped last July 22 when he opened the door for some furniture was ordered.

Fabiana Flosi, 38, met Ecclestone, 85, in 2009 during the celebration of the Brazilian Grand Prix, one of the stages of the world circuit of Formula One that is held every year at the Autodromo de Interlagos, and married three years later.
