"But when I arrived and talked to the athletes and heads of delegations I saw that everyone had a positive view of the Olympic Village. They admitted that if the day before had problems with water leaks, and everything was resolved. The consensus is that the Villa is beautiful, fantastic with spectacular facilities and has everything they need, "he said.

He added that this perception may spread to other Olympic facilities and pavilions, including criticized Guanabara Bay, home of the sailing and polluted its waters came to be seen as a threat to the health of athletes.
