Manchester City have struck a deal with EZ Shopnet that will see the Hong Kong-based e-tailer run the English football club’s online retail activity in Asia Pacific.

Manchester City FC, English Premier League Champions in 2013/14 have announced EZ Shopnet as the Club’s new online retail partner for Asia Pacific. It will run the five official Manchester City online stores in China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and South East Asia.From its home in Hong Kong, EZ Shopnet will help to meet fast growing demand across Asia Pacific for official Club merchandise. Each of the five stores operates in local languages and currencies, with local customer support enabling the Club to get official merchandise to their fans quickly and cost effectively.Omar Berrada, Group Commercial Director for City Football Marketing, which brokers Manchester City’s commercial partnerships and manages all of its retail and licensing, said:“We are very pleased that through EZ Shopnet, we can now get even closer to our growing fan base across Asia Pacific and deliver them a better and quicker service.
