Uruguay beat Peru and is leader of the qualifiers

With a superb goal from Edinson Cavani , Uruguay today won 1-0 to Peru and traveled to Ecuador the lead in the South American qualifiers for the World Cup 2018 in Russia clash played at the Centenario stadium in Montevideo .
