The signing of Nuno Espirito Santo as the new coach of Porto is considered complete in Portugal , where it is expected that the recruitment of that coach outside Valencia and Rio Ave is officially announced in the coming hours .
The news is advanced today cover the three sports newspapers across the country, and just a day after the club made public the termination of the contract so far coach Jose Peseiro .
If confirmed, Nuno return to the team his 42 years in which more years passed during his time as a goalkeeper (five seasons) and he left in 2010 to retire and start his coaching career.
After two seasons as goalkeeper coach, Panathinaikos took the reins of modest Rio Ave, where he achieved a surprising and valuable sixth place in his first year and which sneaked into the finals of the Cup of the League and Cup of Portugal in the second.
These credentials earned him to anchor in Valencia in the summer of 2014, a club of the most demanding in the note which met in his first season in classifying the team for the Champions League.
In his second season, however, the performance was not as expected and decided to disassociate in late November last year.
