Michael Phelps achieved its 23rd Olympic medal thanks to free 4x100

American swimmer Michael Phelps won his twenty-third Olympic medal (19 gold, 2 silvers and 2 bronzes) thanks to the American victory in the 4x100 relay of the Games in Rio beating ahead of Frenchman, silver team and the Australian, who is he hung the bronze.

Phelps, who did not plan to swim on the second day, finally jumped into the pool of the Aquatics Centre Rio to add to the cause of the relay. The shark of Baltimore, who swam the second 100, did not disappoint in the first chance he decided to continue making history.

Caeleb Dressel, Ryan and Nathan Adrian Held-along to Phelps-- formed a team that regained the throne in the freestyle relay at the expense of the French, current Olympic champions. The Gauls took the initiative for much of the race.
