South Korea confirms its hegemony with the team gold in women's category

South Korea has achieved this Sunday the gold medal in team mode in the female category archery at the Olympic Games in Rio and thus confirmed the dominance of China in the sport.

The South Korean group, formed by Choi Mi-Sun, Ki Bo Bae Hye-Jin Chang archers, won the final 5-1 to Russia. The bronze went to Taiwan, who defeated Italy in the consolation final.

The road to the gold medal was peaceful for South Korea, as I previously imposed in the quarterfinals to Japan and Taiwan also 5-1 in the semifinals by the same score.

This gold medal represents the eighth in this mode for South Korea, which means a clear dominance in the test and has won in all Olympic events since its inclusion in the program at the Seoul Games in 1988.
