Roger Federer e iubit mai mult decat Novak Djokovic
Turneul Campionilor de tenis de la Londra a inceput de cateva zile, suficiente insa ca Roger Federer sa obtina primele succese, titluri si victorii, cate un titlu si o victorie chiar in fata lui Novak Djokovic pe care pur si si simplu l-a spulberat!
Primul trofeu castigat de Roger Federer a fost atribuit la finalul primului meci castigat in fata lui Thomas Berdych: trofeul Stefan Edberg, atribuit jucatorului cel mai fair-play - cu cea mai corecta atitudine si respect pentru joc, adversari, arbitri si fani! Nu este o intamplare castigarea acestui trofeu, pentru ca este a 11-a oara cand elvetianul Roger Federer, acum in varsta de 34 de ani, primeste acest trofeu, care poarta numele antrenorului si idolului sau din copilarie. Trofeul se acorda pe baza voturilor celorlalti jucatori.
Cel de-al doilea trofeu castigat a fost trofeul pentru jucatorul favorit al fanilor, votat fiind de 65% dintre fani. In acest clasament a fost urmat de Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray si Key Nishikori. Nici acest trofeu nu este o intmplare, Roger Federer, catigandu-l pentru a 13-a oara!
"Îmi place să primesc astfel de premii, mai ales cele în care apar voturile fanilor şi ale jucătorilor. Este încă un moment plăcut al carierei mele. Mulţi alţi jucători merită aceste premii. Mai sunt mulţi băieţi buni în circuit. De aceea încă mai joc.

Cea de a doua grupa de la Turneul campionilor poarta numele compatriotului nostru Ilie Nastase!
